- Providing administrative support to the EAC managers
- Serving as the first point of contact—responsible for answering EAC phone & email, walk-in inquiries, and directing communication to the appropriate personnel
- Training student workers (receptionists and scribes) and assisting with their supervision of the office
- Assisting students in using assistive technology
- Scanning and managing official disability-related documents in a confidential system
- Scheduling exams, proctor spaces, and meetings for the EAC team and students
- Cooking and managing office supplies, processing budget transfers, and monitoring expenditures
- Maintaining statistics on student visits and program use for reporting purposes
- Representing EAC at events like Welcome Week and attending relevant university meetings and gatherings
