Duties And Responsibilities
- Cook up with branch team members to oversee and finish all Access installation projects.
- Responsible for developing new referral sources and customers via professional presentations to local referral sources and medical personnel.
- Utilizes all applicable, ethical, and lawful channels to make and keep business.
- Completes thorough home evaluations to guarantee suitable recommendations for apparatus that will best serve the customer's particular requirement.
- Ensures home evaluations are finished and orders are entered in a timely manner and that all essential client intake data is documented and forwarded to the appropriate branch administration.
- Aids in the timely completion of work orders, which might involve but isn't restricted to research of parts, cost calculation and expansion of apparatus costs, reaction to requests for extra data and preparation of quotes for customers, referral sources, and insurance agencies.
- Provides follow-up on work orders to ensure timely receipt and dispatch.
- Responsible for making sure proper and timely dispatch of apparatus to the customer.
- Ensures proper customer education happens regarding apparatus utilization, security, and monetary elements.
- Maintains understanding of items, administrations, strategies, and clinical abilities required to complete responsibilities.
- Maintains understanding and adheres to NSM's policies and procedures including Infection Control and Equipment Management policies.
- Provides assistance with quarterly physical inventory count as needed.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Required Education, Experience And Competencies
- A high school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- 3+ years of outside sales or direct-to-consumer sales experience.
