About the role
The ACC Circle Entrance Assistants greets, directs and assists patients and visitors at the main entrance of the Main Campus.
Responsibilities
- Greets, directs and assists patients and visitors at the main entrance.
- Ensures and provides a variety of ambulatory assistance options for patients arriving and departing the main campus facility.
- Receives training in basic lifting techniques to help patients into and out of their cars as needed, contributing to a safe and secure environment.
- Assists with the heavy and complex flow of traffic at the main entrance.
- Maintains a clean, safe and aesthetically pleasing entrance area.
- Works primarily outside the ACC lobby, with the majority of time spent outdoors exposed to varying weather conditions.
Requirements
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: One or more years of customer service experience in a health care setting or other customer‑focused environment.
