Assistant Center Administrator
Mission: To seek influential leaders that manage daily operations, ensuring productivity and efficiency in finance/budgeting, staffing, scheduling, and overall growth, in an empathetic and compassionate manner aligned with clinical outcomes.
About the role
Our Assistant Center Administrators are passionate individuals who think outside the box, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and push the envelope to support all daily operations. They are responsible for new hire orientation, hiring, and performance assessments of all treatment center staff, except BCBAs. This role involves forecasting client schedules a month in advance and ensuring appropriate staffing for our individualized 1:1 center-based services. Administrators work closely with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in evaluating and developing therapy services.
Treatment center hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a center culture that provides a nurturing learning environment while overseeing daily operations including staffing, scheduling, meeting financial metrics, and facility growth.
- Approve all tours assigned by Intake.
- Maintain a clean, well-kept facility with all issues addressed within 24 hours.
- Schedule Management: Make daily schedule adjustments as necessary.
- Staffing: Complete all new hire onboarding within the first 3 days of employment.
- Financial: Confirm accurate coding.
- Staff Development and Training.
- Communication with parents and staff to ensure optimal performance of centers.
Requirements
- Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) background.
- Operation Management: Client Management and Management of Others.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Understanding of P&L, AR/AP, Billing Disputes, and Collections.
- Quality Customer Service: outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while delivering continuous results.
- Superior organization, prioritizing, and self-motivation skills.
- Flexible with a schedule to accommodate business needs.
- Must be present at the center during business hours.
