Academy Support Advisor

About the role

At Imagine Learning, you'll work with students every day, handling calls, guiding students through the program, and helping them achieve their academic goals. This role is crucial for improving student outcomes and engaging with clients.

Responsibilities

• Taking and making calls to partner schools, individuals, families, and students
• Onboarding clients and providing training
• Facilitating kick-off calls and outlining processes and procedures
• Assisting with admissions and enrollment for students
• Using technology tools to ensure client success
• Improving student outcomes by reaching out to clients and students directly

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of experience working in education or with middle and high school aged students
• Previous work experience with at-risk students preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication, assertiveness, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to change
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff
• Able to work in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Able to provide a current Fingerprint Clearance Card or proof of application within 14 days of hire

Pay

Base pay is anticipated to be between $16.84 and $20.00/hour. Annual bonuses may be awarded based on individual and/or company performance.

Schedule

This is a regular, full-time position that can be worked remotely. Employees may work from home or at one of our office locations in Tempe, AZ (HQ), Austin, TX, Petaluma, CA, Rock Rapids, IA, or Bloomington, MN.
