About the role
Interviews will be held in Spring Quarter for positions starting in 2026. We are looking for detail-oriented, friendly, and responsible students who can maintain professional standards as part of a customer service team. Previous A/V experience is a plus.
6-8 positions are available for 20-35 hours per week at $17.15/hour (2026 rate).
Responsibilities
- Set up for events, operate audio/visual equipment, deliver conference materials, and provide excellent customer service.
- Move and set up tables, chairs, tents, large boxes, and other event-related items.
- Work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Attend weekly staff meetings on Wednesday evenings.
Requirements
- Valid US driver’s license required.
- Comfortable driving large vehicles (SUV, 8-passenger van, etc.).
- Must be available for the following dates:
- May 16, 2026: Half-day onboarding.
- May 17 - June 7, 2026 (exact dates TBD): Two training sessions.
- June 15 - 19, 2026: Mandatory training week (~40 hours, 9 am-6 pm daily).
- June 20 - 21, 2026: Opening weekend work.
