King Salman International University (KSIU), Ras Sudr, Egypt, invites applications for full-time faculty positions in the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine.

About the Faculty

The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine offers undergraduate education and training in veterinary medicine and related biomedical disciplines. The faculty maintains positive working relationships with organizations and institutions in South Sinai and the wider community. More information about KSIU can be found at ksiu.edu.eg.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching 2–4 courses per semester (classroom and online instruction, course preparation and development, maintaining expertise in subjects taught, preparing instructional materials, consulting with students, grading examinations, assignments, and presentations, and supervising independent study and research projects);
  • Academic advising and mentoring of students;
  • Conducting research and scholarly activities;
  • Participating in community engagement and professional service activities;
  • Undertaking departmental and administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Veterinary Pharmacology, Veterinary Internal Medicine, Veterinary Theriogenology, or a closely related field from a recognized institution (for faculty positions);
  • Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine from a recognized university with an excellent academic record (for Demonstrator position);
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching and professional practice in the relevant field;
  • Strong interest in academic development and pursuing advanced degrees (for Demonstrator position);
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills;
  • Proficiency in educational technologies, digital learning platforms, and computer applications related to teaching and learning.
