About the role
The Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at King Salman International University (KSIU), Egypt is seeking to hire a full-time, faculty member at the rank of Associate Professor.
Responsibilities
- Teaching (2-3 courses/semester)
- Student advising
- Research and creative activities
- Service and cooperative extension
- Administrative responsibilities
Teaching responsibilities include time spent in the classroom, laboratory, or telecommunications courses and in immediate preparation for them; maintaining and improving competence in subjects being taught; preparing teaching materials; conferring with students on course materials; reviewing written examinations and papers; evaluating presentations and supervising independent study projects.
Requirements
The candidate must hold a Ph.D. in Veterinary Pathology, Veterinary Pharmacology, Nutrition, or Veterinary Immunology and Vaccinology, and at least 5 years of teaching experience after Ph.D.
Qualifications
The applicant must have an excellent command of English language and excellent use of computers in teaching.
