About the role

Fellowship‑trained Hand and Upper Extremity Surgeon within an academic orthopedic surgery department.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality patient care in hand and upper extremity surgery.
  • Perform surgical procedures in the operating room.
  • Participate in outpatient clinics and Ambulatory Surgery Centers.
  • Engage in teaching, mentoring, and academic activities.
  • Contribute to research and scholarly work (optional).
  • Share in hand surgery call coverage.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery.
  • Completed Hand/Upper Extremity Fellowship.
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Missouri.

Key Duties

  • Maintain focus on professional development and continuous improvement.
