Academic Pediatric Neonatology Division Director & Physician (NTT)
About the role
The Division Chief of Neonatology is sought to provide strategic, clinical, academic, and operational leadership for the Division of Neonatology in the Department of Pediatrics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight of clinical care delivery within the NICU to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient outcomes
Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based clinical protocols and best practices
Maintain an active clinical presence in neonatology
Recruit, retain, mentor, and evaluate neonatology faculty and advanced practice providers
Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Oversee staffing models, scheduling, and performance management
Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., clinical productivity, quality indicators)
