Academic Pediatric Division Director of Genetics (NTT)
About the role
The Division Director of Genetics will provide strategic, clinical, academic, and operational leadership for the Division of Genetics in the department of Pediatrics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight of clinical care delivery within the pediatric neurology clinic to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient outcomes
Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based clinical protocols and best practices
Maintain an active clinical presence in genetics
Recruit, retain, mentor, and evaluate genetic faculty and staff
Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Oversee staffing models, scheduling, and performance management
Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., clinical productivity, quality indicators)

Candidates will be evaluated on: Academic leadership experience, BC/BE in Medical Genetics from an ACGME- or ACGMEi - accredited institution
