Academic Pediatric Division Director of Neurology Physician (NTT)
About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic physician leader to serve as Division Chief of Neurology. This individual will provide strategic, clinical, academic, and operational leadership for the Division of Neurology in the Department of Pediatrics.
Key Responsibilities
Provide oversight of clinical care delivery within the pediatric neurology clinic to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient outcomes
Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based clinical protocols and best practices
Maintain an active clinical presence in neurology
Recruit, retain, mentor, and evaluate neurology faculty and advanced practice providers
Foster a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement
Oversee staffing models, scheduling, and performance management
Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., clinical productivity, quality indicators)
Qualifications
MD/DO degree, and board certification/eligibility in Child Neurology is required.
Subspecialty training in epilepsy, headache or neuromuscular preferred
