Academic Interventionist (2026-2027 School Year)

Performance Responsibilities

• Work with the teacher, RTI chairman, and District RTI coordinator to provide appropriate interventions for students.
• Implement all phases of individual or group interventions as assigned by the principal.
• Complete progress monitoring and documenting of academic achievement.
• Completion of records and forms as assigned by principal.
• Communicate progress of students to intervention team chairman and students' classroom teachers.
• Attend meetings as needed.

Physical Demands

• Stand, walk, talk, and hear.
• Move and/or lift up to 80 pounds.
• May be required to restrain students to prevent injury to individual student or others.

Evaluation

Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with the Board's policy on Evaluation of Professional Personnel.
