Academic Enrichment Specialist
About the role
LLE Education Group seeks a dedicated Academic Enrichment Specialist to work collaboratively with center management, teachers, and other staff. The role involves assisting in strategic planning and implementation of long-term plans and policies as defined by the Vice President of Education, to stabilize current programs. This role requires a deep understanding of educational practices and a passion for fostering a nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enrichment programs aligned with developmental stages of students.
- Collaborate with management and teachers to integrate principles into existing curriculum.
- Provide training and support to teachers on philosophy, materials, and instructional strategies.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and enrichment programs.
- Stay updated on trends and research in education to inform program development.
- Organize and facilitate workshops, seminars, and parent education sessions on programs.
- Attend educational department and school meetings, conferences or trainings as directed.
- Train teachers on the concept behind the regularly scheduled program events.
- Create and distribute certificates for training sessions as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Child Development, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
- At least three to five years proven experience as an educator or academic specialist.
- Ability to travel throughout the centers located in Virginia.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Virginia licensing standards for childcare centers.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work hours based on the needs of the school and program.
- Successful background check.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $60,000. LLE Group in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
