We need to output HTML fragment with sections: use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention, no summarizing away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Supplemental Information" etc? That includes application deadline, mandated reporter, etc. Those are likely considered application instructions or boilerplate? The instruction: remove application instructions. The supplemental info includes apply by date, mandated reporter, etc. Likely considered application instructions, so remove. Also remove "Department Summary" maybe? That's not a standard heading but could be considered "About the role"? Actually "Department Summary" is about the unit, could be part of About the role. We'll incorporate relevant info into About the role section. We need sections: About the role (position summary), Responsibilities (key responsibilities), Requirements (education and experience?), Qualifications (key qualifications), Skills (maybe part of qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections if posting has real specific content. Let's extract content: Position Summary: The Academic & Degree Coordinator plays a key role... (the paragraph). That's About the role. Key Responsibilities: list bullet points (each sentence). We'll put as
  • . Why Join Us? That's maybe benefits? Actually it's reasons to join, could be considered Benefits? But we have separate Benefits section later. The "Why Join Us?" includes bullet points about helping students, flexible online learning, develop expertise, combine analytical problem-solving, join collaborative team. That's more like benefits/joining reasons. Could be placed under Benefits? But we have a separate Benefits section later with compensation and benefits details. The "Why Join Us?" is not exactly benefits but could be considered "About the role" or maybe we could treat as part of About the role? However instructions: Use headings for sections like Benefits, Pay, Schedule. The "Why Join Us?" is not standard but could be considered Benefits? But we already have a Benefits section with details. Might be better to treat "Why Join Us?" as part of About the role or maybe as a separate section like "Why Join Us?" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should map content to those headings. The "Why Join Us?" content could go under Benefits (non-monetary benefits) or maybe under About the role. I'd put under Benefits as it's about why join. Position Information: includes full-time, benefits eligible, permanent/probationary, exempt, work hours, partial telecommuting. That's Schedule and maybe Benefits (benefits eligible). We'll extract schedule: Standard SDSU work hours Monday-Friday 8-5, may vary. Also partial telecommuting after training. So we can put Schedule section. Department Summary: description of SDSU Global Campus mission etc. Could be part of About the role or maybe separate but not in allowed headings. Could incorporate into About the role. Education And Experience: details about education and experience equivalency. That's Requirements. Key Qualifications: list of qualifications. That's Qualifications (maybe also Skills). We'll separate: Qualifications could be the list; Skills maybe subset? But we have both headings allowed. We could put qualifications under Qualifications and maybe skills under Skills (like advanced computer skills, exceptional student service skills, etc). However the list includes both qualifications and skills. To avoid duplication, we could put all under Qualifications and omit Skills section if not distinct. But instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine Qualifications and Skills into one section called Qualifications (or Skills). But we need to decide which heading to use. The list includes "Minimum of one to two years of experience...", "Ability to explain...", "Advanced computer skills...", "Exceptional student service skills...", etc. That's a mix. Could treat as Qualifications. We'll not create a separate Skills section unless we have distinct skills list. We'll just have Qualifications. Compensation And Benefits: includes compensation salary range, benefits package details. So we need Pay section (salary range) and Benefits section (benefits details). The posting says "Compensation And Benefits" with subheadings Compensation and Full Benefits Package. We'll split. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Pay, Benefits, Schedule. Check each for substantive content. About the role: combine Position Summary, Department Summary, Why Join Us? maybe. We'll include Position Summary paragraph and Department Summary paragraph (mission). Why Join Us? maybe also include as part of About the role or Benefits. I'd include Why Join Us? under Benefits? But we already have Benefits section for tangible benefits. Why Join Us? is more about motivational aspects; could be part of About the role. Let's include it in About the role after the summary. Thus About the role will contain: Position Summary paragraph, Department Summary paragraph, Why Join Us? bullet points (converted to
    • maybe). But we must not repeat headings inside. We'll just put paragraphs and maybe a list. Responsibilities: the Key Responsibilities list. Requirements: Education And Experience paragraph. Qualifications: Key Qualifications list. Pay: Compensation paragraph (salary range, hiring salary not expected to exceed $5,083/month). Also note CSU Classification Salary Range: $5,083 - $7,228/month. Benefits: Full Benefits Package details: Generous Time Off, Retirement, Health Coverage, Education Support, Optional Offerings, Campus & Community. Also note "Our benefits are a significant part of total compensation." Also mention "Learn more at the SDSU Benefits Overview." (maybe keep as link? but we should not include navigation? It's a link but it's part of benefits info. Probably okay to keep as plain text.) Schedule: Position Information: full-time, benefits eligible, permanent/probationary, exempt, work hours Monday-Friday 8-5, may vary, partial telecommuting after training. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Remove all that after Compensation And Benefits section. Also remove Supplemental Information, Apply by date, mandated reporter, etc. Also remove SDSU Values, Principles of Community, Equal Opportunity, etc. Also remove background check, smoke-free campus, reasonable accommodations, etc. All that is boilerplate/legal. Now produce HTML fragment: use

for each section heading, then content. We must not include or . Just fragment. Let's craft. About the role:
