About the role

Oversee curriculum delivery, faculty performance, and student academic outcomes for pre-licensure nursing programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Lead assessment efforts and drive continuous program improvement.
• Mentor faculty and foster an inclusive, student-centered environment.
• Collaborate with campus and national leaders to align programs with industry standards.
• Integrate evidence-based teaching practices and support student success, including NCLEX preparation.
• Contribute to advancing the institution's mission of preparing compassionate, practice-ready nurses.
