Responsibilities
- Support the college mission by being the face of the department to all that enter.
- Maintain contemporary knowledge and skills in the approved fields and participate in departmental and campus-wide activities.
- Coordinate and maintain all student academic and immunization records.
- Prepare reports and assist with various responsibilities as required by the Academic team.
- Enter semester master schedules as dictated by the Registrar.
- Aid with the student registration process.
- Attend meetings as scheduled.
- Process transcripts for both Bryant & Stratton and RBI/Everest students.
- Enter and maintain 7/14 day letters.
- Assist the graduation coordinator with the annual student graduation ceremony.
- Aid in the awards assembly, student activities, and other special events and promotional activities.
- Create and sustain historical records of all academic and administrative activities for the year.
- Assist with grade processing and keep records.
- Utilize all resources to assist the Academic Management Team in daily operations.
- Provide back-up assistance to the Reception Desk as needed.
- Develop effective working relationships with students, faculty, other employees, and visitors to the Academic Department.
- Encourage and motivate students.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Associates or better degree.
- Experience preferred.
- Proficient in using office and computer technology, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Banner System is a plus.
Pay
$45,000-$47,000 ($21.63- $22.60 hourly)
