About the role

The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track.

Expertise is required in the specific area of leukemia. Applicants must have an M.D. or equivalent degree. Board certification or board eligibility in hematology and/or medical oncology is required.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching responsibilities may include teaching hematology/oncology fellows, house staff and medical students.
  • Academic clinician track requires 100 credits per year of active and high-quality teaching.
  • Clinical responsibilities may include patient care in the area of hematological malignancies (acute leukemia).
