About the role

The Division of Hematology-Oncology in the Department of Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for several Assistant Professor positions in the non-tenure academic clinician track. Expertise is required in the specific area of leukemia.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching responsibilities may include teaching hematology/oncology fellows, house staff and medical students.
  • Provide patient care in the area of hematological malignancies (acute leukemia).
  • Work on the busy inpatient service and outpatient clinic, emphasizing clinical care and clinical research.

Requirements

  • Must have an M.D. or equivalent degree.
  • Board certification or board eligibility in hematology and/or medical oncology is required.
