Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.

We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions, etc. So remove "To Apply:" line and the phone number, also "LifeView Group, Inc.is an Equal Opportunity employer..." and "Drug Free Workplace Employer, DRUG TESTING REQUIRED". Also remove "Learn more at LifeViewGroup.org."? That's not boilerplate but maybe considered navigation? It's a link to learn more; but it's part of overview. Might keep? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "Learn more at LifeViewGroup.org." is not navigation? It's a link but maybe considered navigation? It's a reference to website; but it's not navigation per se. Might keep as part of overview. However, it's a link; but we can keep as plain text.
We need to decide sections.
We have Overview (maybe "About the role"? Actually overview is about organization; could be "About the role"? The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content.
We have:
- Overview (organization description) maybe "About the role"? But "About the role" would be about the position, not organization. However we have "Primary Duty" describing responsibilities. Could treat "Primary Duty" as Responsibilities.
- "About LCI With Benefits" is Benefits.
- "Roles and Responsibilities" actually contains qualifications/requirements (education, experience, skills). So that could be Requirements/Qualifications/Skills.
- Compensation is Pay.
We might not need a separate "About the role" if we already have overview and primary duty. But we need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have overview content (organization description). Could we put that under a heading "About the role"? Might be misrepresenting. Better to use "Overview" but not in allowed list? The instruction says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings. So we should use those exact headings where applicable. So we need to map content to those headings.
Thus we need sections:
- About the role: maybe combine overview and primary duty? But "About the role" should describe the role, not the organization. Could include primary duty description. Overview about organization could be omitted? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot omit organization overview. However maybe we can include overview under "About the role" as part of role context? Might be okay.
Alternatively we could have multiple sections: About the role (organization overview), Responsibilities (primary duty), Requirements (education/experience), Qualifications (skills), Benefits, Pay.
But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see.
We have:
- About the role: Could include "LifeView Group is a nonprofit human services organization whose Mission is “helping people throughout life’s journey.” Our 2,500 team members impact lives in multiple states and the District of Columbia. As a parent company, LifeView Group’s work encompasses two affiliates – Lakeview Center’s behavioral health care and Global Connections to Employment’s career services for people with disabilities." That's organization info.
- Responsibilities: The primary duty description: hybrid position, remote/on-site, occasional travel to DeFuniak Springs, ensuring claims uploaded accurately, verifying eligibility, etc. That's a list of duties.
- Requirements: Education/experience: Associate degree, 3 years relevant medical office experience, HS diploma/GED with 5 years related experience may be substituted.
- Qualifications: Understanding of Florida Medicaid regulations, ability to work independently, decision-making, critical thinking, organizational skills, prioritize, maintain relationships, detail oriented, accuracy, resist distractions, friendly confident phone presence, proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office, HIPAA understanding, telephone etiquette, customer service, pass screening/background check.
- Skills: Could overlap with qualifications; but we might combine qualifications and skills into one section? The instruction says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section that includes both education/experience and skills. But we need to follow heading examples; we could use "Requirements" for education/experience and "Skills" for abilities. However that would be two thin sections. Better to have one "Requirements" that includes both education/experience and skills/qualifications. But we need to preserve all info; we can put them in a list under Requirements.
- Benefits: list of benefits.
- Pay: salary range.
We might not need Schedule section (no info). So omit.
