ABA Therapist/RBT Behavior Technician-NJ

About the role

Provide exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans and promote positive behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure consistent support
• Document progress and communicate with supervisors and clients

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Valid NJ certification as an ABA Therapist/RBT
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Passing score on the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) exam

Skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in using data collection and analysis software
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and situations

Pay
