ABA Therapist- RBT/Behavior Technician

About the role

This role is great for recent graduates, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA. You'll provide ABA services in school settings and run at least 2 in-home or community sessions per week after 3 PM (required).

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA services in school settings (primary daytime role)
• Run at least 2 in-home or community sessions per week after 3 PM (required)
• Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
• Absorb and teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches
• Travel locally for placements (within reasonable driving distance)

Requirements

• Reliable transportation & valid ID
• Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)
• Passion for helping others learn and grow

Qualifications

Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We provide training and help you obtain RBT certification if needed.

Schedule

• School-based services: Monday–Friday, daytime hours

Pay

$27.50–$30/hr starting (up to $35/hr with performance growth)
