About the role
Brett DiNovi & Associates (BDA) is hiring Clinical Associates (ABA Technicians) across South, Central, and North New Jersey. The role is ideal for recent graduates, paraprofessionals, and anyone passionate about working with students using evidence-based ABA.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA services in school settings (primary daytime role)
- Run at least 2 in-home or community sessions per week after 3 PM (required)
- Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
- Assist with assessments and data collection
- Teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches
- Travel locally for placements (within reasonable driving distance)
Requirements
- Reliable transportation & valid ID
- Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)
- Passion for helping others learn and grow
Qualifications
Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We provide training and help you obtain RBT certification if needed.
Skills
Open to learning, coaching, and growth; comfortable working in schools and homes; values ethics, teamwork, and professionalism.
