About the role
This role involves providing ABA services in school settings and running at least two in-home or community sessions per week after 3 PM. The position requires implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision, assisting with assessments and data collection, teaching communication, social, academic, and life skills, and collaborating with BCBAs and performance coaches. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working directly with students, have a passion for helping others learn and grow, and are open to learning, coaching, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide ABA services in school settings (primary daytime role)
- Run at least 2 in-home or community sessions per week after 3 PM (required)
- Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision
- Absorb and teach communication, social, academic, and life skills
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs and performance coaches
- Travel locally for placements (within reasonable driving distance)
Requirements
- Reliable transportation & valid ID
- Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)
- Passion for helping others learn and grow
Qualifications
Experience in ABA is a plus but not required. We provide training and help you obtain RBT certification if needed.
