About the role

This position is responsible for managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in customer service.

Pay

The base salary for this role is $50,000 per year.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on project demands.
