Responsibilities

  • Implement behavioral interventions in accordance with the Behavior Plan.
  • Provide positive reinforcement and redirection to children with behavioral issues.
  • Monitor and document behavior changes.
  • Collect data on behavior changes.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals.

Requirements

  • Experience working with children, specifically in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis.
  • Patient, organized, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

  • Strong observational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavioral Analysis principles.
