Pay

Starting at $22.75/hour with the following additional earnings opportunities:

• Shift Differentials: Earn an extra $0.75 to $1.50 more per hour depending on hours and days worked
• Productivity Incentives: Earn up to an additional $1,900 extra per month
• Guaranteed Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week

Schedule

Start times range from 4:00 PM – Midnight, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out issues
• Provide essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs
• Build trust, problem-solve, and be a calming presence for members on the scene
• Communicate clearly and proficiently, both verbally and in writing, even under pressure
• Demonstrate common knowledge of vehicle components and reasons for vehicle failure
• Evaluate member safety and respond appropriately to safety issues
• Drive manual or automatic shift vehicles

Requirements

• No prior towing experience required; paid training provided
• Customer-first mindset and passion for helping people
• Willingness and flexibility to work 4:00 PM – Midnight, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles
• Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day
• Bending, kneeling, and stooping as required for service calls
• Works in all weather and traffic conditions
• Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy, and hazardous
• Required to provide a photograph for identification purposes
