Pay
Starting at $22.75/hour with the following additional earnings opportunities:
- Shift Differentials: Earn an extra $0.75 to $1.50 more per hour depending on hours and days worked
- Productivity Incentives: Earn up to an additional $1,900 extra per month
- Guaranteed Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week

Schedule
Start times range from 4:00 PM – Midnight, including weekends.
Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out issues
- Provide essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs
- Build trust, problem-solve, and be a calming presence for members on the scene
- Communicate clearly and proficiently, both verbally and in writing, even under pressure
- Demonstrate common knowledge of vehicle components and reasons for vehicle failure
- Evaluate member safety and respond appropriately to safety issues
- Drive manual or automatic shift vehicles
Requirements
- No prior towing experience required; paid training provided
- Customer-first mindset and passion for helping people
- Willingness and flexibility to work 4:00 PM – Midnight, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles
- Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day
- Bending, kneeling, and stooping as required for service calls
- Works in all weather and traffic conditions
- Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy, and hazardous
- Required to provide a photograph for identification purposes
