Pay
Starting at $22.00/hour with the following financial incentives:
- Shift Differentials: Earn an extra $0.75 to $1.50 more per hour depending on your hours and days worked.
- Productivity Incentives: Earn up to an additional $1,900 extra per month.

Schedule
Start times range from 8:00 pm - 10:00 PM and can work up until 4:00 am - 6:00 am (includes weekends).
Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
- Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to figure out the issue.
- Provide essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.
- Build trust, problem-solve, and be a calming presence for our members on the scene.
- Demonstrate clear and proficient verbal and written communication even under pressure.
- Apply common knowledge of vehicle components and reasons for vehicle failure.
- Evaluate member safety and discern safety issues to respond appropriately.
- Drive a manual/automatic shift vehicle.
Requirements
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people.
- Willingness and flexibility to work 8pm – 6am, including weekends.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (where applicable).
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles.
- Lifting and carrying tires and parts, weighing up to 50 pounds, several times a day; bending, kneeling, and stooping as required for service calls.
- Works in all weather and all traffic conditions.
- Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy, and hazardous.
- Service Providers are required to provide a photograph for identification purposes.
