AAA - Graveyard Tow Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to identify issues.
• Provide essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs.
• Build trust, problem-solve, and be a calming presence for members on the scene.
• Communicate clearly and proficiently, even under pressure.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle components and common reasons for vehicle failure.
• Evaluate member safety, discern safety issues, and respond appropriately.
• Drive manual and automatic shift vehicles.

Requirements

• Customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people.
• Willingness and flexibility to work 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM, including weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather and traffic conditions.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and stoop as required for service calls.
• Provide a photograph for identification purposes.

Pay

• Starting pay: $22.00/hour.
• Shift differentials: Earn an extra $0.75 to $1.50 more per hour depending on hours and days worked.
• Productivity incentives: Earn up to an additional $1,900 extra per month.
• Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week.

Schedule

Start times range from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with shifts ending between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Includes weekends.
