Pay
- Starting pay: $22/hour
- Shift differentials: $0.75 to $1.50 extra per hour depending on hours and days worked
- Productivity incentives: Up to an additional $1,900 per month
- Guaranteed hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week

Schedule
- Start times range from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with shifts extending up to 9:30 PM or midnight
- Includes weekends
Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to identify issues
- Provide essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs
- Build trust, problem-solve, and provide a calming presence for members on the scene
- Communicate clearly and proficiently, even under pressure
- Demonstrate problem-solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety and respond appropriately
- Drive manual or automatic shift vehicles
Requirements
- Customer-first mindset and passion for helping people
- Willingness and flexibility to work 11:00 AM to midnight, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and stoop as required for service calls
- Work outdoors in all weather and traffic conditions, including potentially hazardous or messy vehicle recovery sites
- Provide a photograph for identification purposes
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles
- Frequent lifting and carrying of tires and parts weighing up to 50 pounds
- Bending, kneeling, and stooping required for service calls
- Exposure to all weather conditions and traffic hazards
- Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy, and hazardous
