Pay

• Starting pay: $22/hour
• Shift differentials: $0.75 to $1.50 extra per hour depending on hours and days worked
• Productivity incentives: Up to an additional $1,900 per month
• Guaranteed hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week

Schedule

• Start times range from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with shifts extending up to 9:30 PM or midnight
• Includes weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently
• Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to identify issues
• Provide essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs
• Build trust, problem-solve, and provide a calming presence for members on the scene
• Communicate clearly and proficiently, even under pressure
• Demonstrate problem-solving and listening skills to evaluate member safety and respond appropriately
• Drive manual or automatic shift vehicles

Requirements

• Customer-first mindset and passion for helping people
• Willingness and flexibility to work 11:00 AM to midnight, including weekends
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and stoop as required for service calls
• Work outdoors in all weather and traffic conditions, including potentially hazardous or messy vehicle recovery sites
• Provide a photograph for identification purposes

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

• Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles
• Frequent lifting and carrying of tires and parts weighing up to 50 pounds
• Bending, kneeling, and stooping required for service calls
• Exposure to all weather conditions and traffic hazards
• Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy, and hazardous
