Pay
- Starting pay: $22/hour
- Shift differentials: $0.75 to $1.50 extra per hour depending on hours and days worked
- Productivity incentives: up to an additional $1,900 per month
- Guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week
Schedule
Start times range from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with shifts extending up to 9:30 PM - Midnight, including weekends.

Responsibilities
- Operate tow trucks safely and efficiently
- Perform simple vehicle diagnostics to determine issues
- Provide essential roadside assistance, including tire changes, fuel delivery, and vehicle lock-outs
- Build trust, problem-solve, and be a calming presence for members on the scene
- Demonstrate clear and proficient verbal and written communication, even under pressure
- Apply common knowledge of vehicle components and reasons for vehicle failure
- Evaluate member safety, discern safety issues, and respond appropriately
- Drive manual and automatic shift vehicles
Requirements
- Customer-first mindset and passion for helping people
- Willingness and flexibility to work 11:00 AM – Midnight, including weekends
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Works outdoors at vehicle sites in all weather and traffic conditions
- Lifting and carrying tires and parts weighing up to 50 pounds several times a day; bending, kneeling, and stooping as required
- Vehicle recovery sites may be wet, messy, and hazardous
- Provide a photograph for identification purposes
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Work Environment / Physical Requirements
- Works outdoors at vehicle sites when servicing vehicles
- Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds
- Bending, kneeling, and stooping required for service calls
- Exposure to all weather conditions and traffic hazards
