Primary Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for A&R & Publishing operations.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of white sheets and database for all Centricity Music and Residence Music releases.
- Maintain digital archives of master recordings and song copyrights through the timely collection, verification and organization of deliverable audio assets.
- Compile and proof production credits, label copy and lyrics for Centricity releases as needed.
- Collect, input, and manage song data, including titles, creation dates, lyrics, audio files, writer splits, publishing information, ISRCs, ISWCs, and associated metadata.

- Coordinate producer agreement requests and prepare supporting information for contracts; track contract status, distribute fully executed agreements, and maintain digital contract files.
- Track project deliverables, budgets, invoices, and timelines, and communicate status updates with Finance, Business Affairs, and external partners.
- Monitor songwriter quotas, recording activity, song holds, cuts, and radio chart performance for staff writers and artists.
- Respond to licensing requests and provide copyright, publishing, song information, and archived assets both internally and externally.
- Deliver ISRC and ISWC information to the Publishing Administrator and ensure accurate registration and documentation.
- Coordinate with in-house designers to obtain creative assets and update content across Centricity Publishing and Centricity Worship digital platforms, including websites and social media.
- Manage Worship Resources, including CCLI chart administration, chord charts, lead sheets, and related resource distribution.
- Perform additional publishing, label, and catalog administration duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of A&R or publishing administration experience.
- Working knowledge of the music business and creative process.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and able to handle confidential information.
- Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive team player with a collaborative spirit.
- Proficient with Mac OS, iOS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
