About the role
The A&R Account Strategy & Enablement team is seeking an experienced professional to join our dynamic Growth department. This role will be based in New York, Los Angeles, or Miami, offering a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance artist relationships and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on artist enablement initiatives.
- Manage and optimize artist contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and profitability.
- Support the development and implementation of new business strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Music Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in music industry, preferably in A&R or similar roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful artist strategies.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experience working with artists and managers.
- Knowledge of music industry laws and regulations.
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
