Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Account Planning team, setting vision and driving performance
- Serve as a senior strategic advisor to clients, building strong executive relationships
- Translate data and analytics into actionable marketing strategies
- Oversee campaign strategy, audience targeting, and measurement frameworks
- Drive client growth, retention, and revenue performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Media, Digital, Analytics, and Ad Ops teams
- Contribute to new business development and pitch strategy
- Coach and mentor team members, fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture
Qualifications
- 15+ years in media strategy, account leadership, or agency environment
- Proven experience managing senior client relationships and large accounts
- Strong expertise in omnichannel media planning and performance marketing
- Ability to turn data into clear, compelling insights and presentations
- Experience leading teams and driving operational excellence
- Strategic mindset with a balance of analytical and creative thinking
