A&P Mechanic IV (Deploy Only)

Responsibilities Supervise maintenance teams and projects.Oversee major overhauls and inspections.Ensure all work meets regulatory and safety standards.Conduct training and development sessions for junior mechanics.Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations.Develop and implement maintenance protocols.Ensure thorough documentation and reporting of all maintenance activities. Qualifications You Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent.5+ years of relevant experience.Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.Active, current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification with no prior FAA violations.Must pass, written, oral and practical assessments.Must have reliable transportation to and from work locations.Advanced experience in repairing, maintaining and/or troubleshooting aircraft airframes and engines.Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications.Ability to deploy for an extended amount of time to various OCONUS operating locations.Successfully pass a pre-deployment medical assessmentAbility to deploy for a minimum of 90 days to OCONUS operating location.Must be willing and able to work extended hours, holidays and shift schedules as required.Work 6 days M-Sat, 12 hours days - 1st shift (72 hours)Willing to deploy OCONUS on an approximate 90/90 rotation.
