Key Responsibilities
- Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on piston aircraft
- Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events (annuals, 100-hour inspections, troubleshooting)
- Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company maintenance standards
- Accurately document all maintenance actions
- Support dispatch readiness and fleet reliability
- Work directly under the Director of Maintenance in a structured maintenance environment
- Maintain a strong safety culture and attention to detail

- Candidates selected for full-time employment will be eligible for Diamond Factory Training.
- Factory training will include manufacturer-approved maintenance procedures, systems training, and certification pathways specific to Diamond aircraft.
- This is a unique opportunity to become part of a Diamond-authorized maintenance network as the program is established.
Job Requirements
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required
- Ability to work under the direction of the Director of Maintenance
- Working knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance documentation requirements
- Proficiency in troubleshooting airframe and powerplant systems
- Ability to perform inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance (annuals, 100-hour, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for safety and workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast-paced maintenance team
- Good communication and professionalism in a customer-facing environment
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
