A&P - Aircraft Mechanic

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, repairs, and maintenance on piston aircraft
• Execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events (annuals, 100-hour inspections, troubleshooting)
• Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company maintenance standards
• Accurately document all maintenance actions
• Support dispatch readiness and fleet reliability
• Work directly under the Director of Maintenance in a structured maintenance environment
• Maintain a strong safety culture and attention to detail

• Prop Culture Maintenance is actively transitioning into an authorized Diamond Service Center.
• Candidates selected for full-time employment will be eligible for Diamond Factory Training.
• Factory training will include manufacturer-approved maintenance procedures, systems training, and certification pathways specific to Diamond aircraft.
• This is a unique opportunity to become part of a Diamond-authorized maintenance network as the program is established.

Job Requirements

• Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certificate required
• Ability to work under the direction of the Director of Maintenance
• Working knowledge of FAA regulations and maintenance documentation requirements
• Proficiency in troubleshooting airframe and powerplant systems
• Ability to perform inspections, repairs, and scheduled maintenance (annuals, 100-hour, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail with a high standard for safety and workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast-paced maintenance team
• Good communication and professionalism in a customer-facing environment
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
