a Junior Contract Recruiter
Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking an experienced Junior Contract Recruiter to support one of their global aerospace clients. This is a long-term temporary position expected to last a minimum of 1 year with potential for extension up to 5 years based on business needs.
About the Role
This role requires at least 1-3 years of high-volume recruitment experience for hourly production/manufacturing positions. Candidates must be able to go onsite to East Hartford, CT at least once per month and hold a High School diploma/GED.
Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle recruiting for permanent hourly production/light industrial roles
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, sourcing strategies, prescreening candidates, submitting resumes, participating in interviews, and coordinating interview logistics
- Managing the candidate review and selection process to ensure timely movement
- Representing the company at onsite job fairs and other hiring events
Qualifications
