About the role
This is a contract position. As a Contract Recruiter on our People Team, you will directly impact a mission-driven, energetic workforce that is changing the way people use energy. You will apply your experience in talent advisement, guide qualified candidates through our recruitment process, and advise business leaders on market trends and hiring strategies.
Responsibilities
- Energetically cultivate relationships with managers at various levels to find and deliver exceptional candidates for open vacancies.
- Build and refine the recruitment process while executing it flawlessly.
- Advise managers and business leaders on market trends, tactical methodologies, and competitive analysis to develop customized hiring approaches at scale.
- Focus on identifying the strongest candidates and shepherding their hiring experience with passion and professionalism.
- Represent the CLEAResult brand in all interactions, including candidate vetting, vendor partnerships, and cross-organizational collaboration.
- Support members of the Recruiting team and collaborate cross-functionally with other People Team members to advance our mission.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of progressive recruitment experience.
- A track record of navigating sourcing and recruiting challenges.
- Ability to quickly adapt to Workday and other business platforms (experience with Paradox is a major differentiator).
- Affinity for data and its application in driving success.
- Knowledge of the labor market and current trends.
- Relentless desire to learn and grow professionally.
- If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with transportation regulations.
- Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without employer sponsorship or support.

Pay
$35 - $45 per hour.
