About the Role

Reporting to the A&F Innovation Office/eCOE PMO Manager, you will support transformation initiatives, governance, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Support A&F transformation initiatives—changes to processes, technology, ways of working, and organizational capabilities—by coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, maintaining action plans, and helping owners complete key deliverables.
  • Develop presentations, communications, meeting materials, executive summaries, and status updates to support leadership decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist with governance, reporting, and coordination for A&F priorities, including Hoshin planning (Toyota’s strategy deployment process), team member capability development, financial systems and technology landscape activities, key performance indicator (KPI) initiatives, and other strategic programs.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts through process documentation, meeting facilitation, issue tracking, and coordination of improvement activities.
  • Coordinate recurring operational activities such as leadership communications, budget and forecast support, onboarding activities, team events, intern program activities, and other departmental priorities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Accounting & Finance, information technology, and other business functions to align priorities, surface and help resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
  • Support the responsible use of digital tools, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve team productivity, communication effectiveness, decision support, and business performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to create clear presentations, communications, reports, meeting materials, and executive-ready content.
  • Experience supporting projects, business operations, process improvement, governance, PMO, or transformation activities.
  • Ability to analyze information, identify issues, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience supporting change management, organizational communications, training coordination, or capability development activities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and related collaboration tools. Experience with Microsoft Loop or Lists is helpful but not required.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to adopt new technologies, including AI-enabled tools, to improve productivity, communication, analysis, and continuous improvement activities while applying sound business judgment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Accounting & Finance, business operations, PMO, or transformation teams.
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methods, process mapping, project management practices, or principles similar to the Toyota Way—Toyota’s approach to continuous improvement and respect for people.
  • Familiarity with SAP applications, enterprise resource planning (ERP) platforms, financial systems, or enterprise business processes.
  • Exposure to automation, analytics, systems implementation, data visualization, or technology-enabled business improvement initiatives.

Benefits

  • A work environment built on teamwork, flexibility, and respect.
  • Professional growth and development programs to help advance your career, as well as tuition reimbursement.
  • Team Member Vehicle Purchase Discount and Toyota Team Member Lease Vehicle Program (if applicable).
  • Comprehensive health care and wellness plans for your entire family.
  • Toyota 401(k) Savings Plan featuring a company match, as well as an annual retirement contribution from Toyota regardless of whether you contribute (if applicable).
  • Paid holidays and paid time off.
  • Referral services related to prenatal services, adoption, childcare, schools, and more.
