911 Dispatcher - EMT/Paramedic

Hackensack Meridian Health · Edison, NJ · 1 mo ago
Healthcare$29.58/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about team, mission, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the organization". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: description of duties (responsibilities). Also "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required" and "Preferred". Also "Licenses and Certifications Required". Also pay info: Minimum rate of $29.58 Hourly, plus discussion about compensation. Also benefits: "In addition to our compensation ... HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." So we have Benefits content. We also have schedule? Not explicit. No schedule details. So we should not create Schedule section. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not needed. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The posting includes some generic statements about pay equity etc. That's part of Pay section; we can keep that as prose under Pay. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to turn duties into list items. Also requirements list. We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all duties listed, maybe as bullet points. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

    Pay

Minimum rate of $29.58 Hourly. HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members. The posted rate of pay in this job posting is a reasonable good faith estimate of the minimum base pay for this role at the time of posting in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act and does not reflect the full value of our market-competitive total rewards package. The starting rate of pay is provided for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of a specific offer. Posted hourly rates may be stated as an annual salary in the offer and posted annual salaries may be stated as an hourly rate in the offer, depending on the level and nature of the job duties and credentials of the candidate. The base compensation determined at the time of the offer may be different than the posted rate of pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to Labor Market Data Compensation is benchmarked against market data to ensure competitiveness. Experience Years of relevant work experience. Education and Certifications Level of education attained, including specialized certifications, credentials, completed apprenticeship programs or advanced training. Skills Demonstrated proficiency in relevant skills and competencies. Geographic Location Cost of living and market rates for the specific location. Internal Equity Compensation is determined in a manner consistent with compensation ranges for similar roles within the organization. Budget and Grant Funding Departmental budgets and any grant funding associated with the job position may impact the pay that can be offered. Some jobs may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, bonuses, or commissions not reflected in the starting rate. Certain positions may also be eligible for shift differentials for work performed on evening, night, or weekend shifts. In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits.

We might separate Benefits into its own section. The benefits paragraph is included in the Pay paragraph currently; but we could split: Pay section just about rate, Benefits section about benefits. However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Pay and Benefits into one section? But they said use headings for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should create separate Benefits section if there is real specific content. There is: "In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." That's specific enough for Benefits section. Thus we need to extract that sentence into Benefits section. The Pay section should contain the minimum rate and the pay equity discussion. The Benefits section separate. Let's adjust: Pay section: includes minimum rate and pay equity discussion (the long paragraph about pay). Benefits section: includes the sentence about benefits package. We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. So we will split the long paragraph: first part up to "The base compensation determined at the time of the offer may be different than the posted rate of pay based on a number of non-discriminatory factors, ..." then after that we have the sentence about benefits. Actually the paragraph includes both. We'll separate. Pay section content: "Minimum rate of $29.58 Hourly. Benefits section: "In addition to our compensation for full-time and part-time (20+ hours/week) job positions, HMH offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and retirement benefits." We should not include the "If you feel the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!" That's application instruction, remove. Now produce HTML. Check for any duplicate lines: we have many responsibilities; some may be duplicates like "Valid
