About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team of salon professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales. Your responsibilities include managing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to meet or exceed sales goals
• Oversee all aspects of store management including budgeting, expense control, and inventory management
• Ensure all staff follow safety and security rules and procedures
• Protect customers, associates, and store assets
• Maintain a clean and inviting store appearance
• Provide ongoing training and development for team members
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Qualifications

• Passion for all things hair and beauty
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder
• Exposure to fumes and odors upon occasion
