About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team-oriented and dynamic environment, focusing on providing an unforgettable customer experience and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer receives an unforgettable experience.
• Oversee all store operations, including maintaining assigned budget, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory.
• Ensure safety and security by enforcing rules and procedures, and protecting customers, associates, and store assets.
• Maintain a clean and attractive store appearance.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience.
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management.
• Cosmetology license is a plus, but not required.
• A self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Passion for all things hair and beauty!

Schedule

Working conditions and physical requirements vary based on the specific store location and schedule. The position requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes. The position involves working around moving parts, carts, or machines, and may occasionally include exposure to irritant chemicals.
