Job Description
As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a memorable experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining store operations, adhering to budgets, controlling expenses, and managing inventory
- Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed by staff
- Maintaining a visually appealing store environment
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience
- Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
- Cosmetology license (optional)
- Self-starter attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and development
- Passion for hair and beauty
