About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team of salon professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include managing store operations, achieving sales targets, ensuring safety and security, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and inspire a team to exceed sales goals and maintain budget control
• Ensure all staff follow safety and security protocols and company policies
• Oversee store operations to maintain a clean and inviting environment
• Provide ongoing training and education to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide personalized solutions for hair and beauty needs

Requirements

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop team members
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Qualifications

• Passion for hair and beauty
• Valid cosmetology license (optional)
