About the Role

This position is responsible for the operation, setup, and adjustment of production equipment. The role also involves assisting with debugging equipment and tooling, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring production standards are met.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, set up, and adjust production equipment as required.
  • Monitor equipment and notify supervision or setups of malfunctions that cannot be corrected.
  • Inspect parts to ensure conformance to specifications.
  • Service equipment as required (e.g., add grease, lubricant, and coolant).
  • Approve inspection reports.
  • Meet established production standards.
  • Complete required paperwork, including production, productivity, inspection, downtime, and SPC charts.
  • Train employees new to the position or area.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and obstruction-free work area.
  • Observe safety rules and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
  • Ensure quality and safety of own work and compliance with company procedures.

Pay

Hourly pay range for this role is $21.74–$25.57.
