Responsibilities
- Take initiative and build strong client relationships with assigned accounts.
- Manage tasks such as order changes, backorders, order downloads, inventory management, and shipment issues between Symbia and assigned clients.
- Enter orders into the Symbia operating system as required by the client.
- Prepare activity reports as required by management and each client.
- Communicate promptly and accurately to all client requests with a sense of urgency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A Warehouse, Logistics, or 3PL background.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information securely.
Skills
- Customer service orientation.

- Technical proficiency with Symbia's operating systems.
