About the role

In this role, the Team Member will focus on the overall customer experience by providing extraordinary customer service, preparing efficient, consistent, and quality beverages, and maintaining a clean and well-kept store environment. This position starts with 10-15 hours per week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance.

Location: Spring Mountain, Las Vegas, Nevada (Onsite)

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers effectively and empathetically to grasp their needs through clear communication.
• Ensure accurate processing of cash and card transactions.
• Consistently prepare high-quality products based on the company's recipes and each customer's needs.
• Adapt and follow instructions using adequate comprehension skills.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including security, handling equipment, etc. (first in, first out).
• Report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and fulfill job requirements for the duration of the shift.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with management and team members.
• Perform all work-related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lbs.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and positive team attitude.
• Proficiency in basic math skills.
• Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
• Must be able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Capability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management.
• Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.

Pay

$12.50 per hour (Non-Exempt)
