About the Role

As a Team Member, you will represent 7 Leaves in cultivating an incredible customer experience. We pride ourselves on creating consistent, high‑quality products and a warm, inviting ambiance. Team Members strive to provide extraordinary service, prepare consistent, quality beverages, and foster a clean and welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and the community empathetically, understanding their needs through clear communication.
• Ensure accurate processing of cash and card transactions.
• Consistently prepare high‑quality products precisely to company recipes and each customer's needs.
• Adapt and follow instructions using adequate comprehension skills.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including security and equipment handling (first in, first out).
• Report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and fulfill job requirements for the duration of the shift.
• Communicate effectively and proactively with management and team members.
• Perform all work‑related tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
• Develop familiarity with all drink recipes and ratios, including the measurements utilized in the design of our cups.

Requirements

• Must be able to regularly lift at least 45 lb.
• Availability on one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
• Capability of working collaboratively to meet store needs.
• Well‑organized, self‑motivated, and positive team attitude.
• Proficiency in basic math skills.
• Flexibility to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift.
• Capacity to learn quickly, carry out oral and written instructions, and request clarification when needed.
• Must maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to adhere to instructions provided by supervisor and management.
• Ability to interact productively with coworkers to meet store goals.

Schedule

This position starts with 10–15 hours per week. Additional hours may be earned based on performance.
