Overview

CosmoProf is the largest hair and beauty supplier in the world, dedicated to empowering salon professionals to express themselves through hair. As a Store Manager, you will lead a team to deliver an EPIC experience based on our four pillars: Education, Product, Inspiration, and Community.

Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will manage talent, inspire your team, and ensure every customer leaves with a great experience. Your responsibilities include overseeing store operations, managing budgets, controlling expenses, growing sales, and managing inventory. You will also ensure safety and security for customers, associates, and store assets.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Cosmetology license (optional)
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn, develop, and educate store personnel and customers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Passion for all things hair and beauty

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements

• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, or similar activities
• Lifting of moderately heavy items such as shipment or record boxes
• Exposure to moving parts, carts, or machines
• Exposure to irritant chemicals
