About the role

As a Store Manager at CosmoProf, you will lead a team of salon professionals to deliver an EPIC experience based on our four pillars: Education, Product, Inspiration, and Community. Your role includes managing talent, inspiring your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations to meet or exceed sales goals
• Oversee all store activities to maintain assigned budget, control expenses, grow sales, and manage inventory
• Ensure safety and security by enforcing rules and procedures, and adhering to company policies
• Maintain a clean and attractive store appearance

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of customer service/retail sales experience and 1 year of previous sales management experience
• Previous experience in operational, financial, and performance management
• Cosmetology license (optional)
• Self-starter attitude with a drive to continuously learn and develop team members and customers
• Must be 18 years of age or older
